First Solar延展与Intermolecular的合作及授权协议

Jan. 7, 2013 - Intermolecular, Inc. and First Solar, Inc. today announced they have entered into a two-year collaboration and licensing agreement focused on further increases to the conversion efficiency of First Solar's cadmium telluride (CdTe) solar cell technology. Under the new collaborative development program, First Solar and Intermolecular researchers will work together to develop disruptive new approaches to increasing the performance of CdTe solar cell technology using Intermolecular's proprietary High Productivity Combinatorial (HPC™) platform. The program targets substantial gains in First Solar's module conversion efficiency beyond its previously announced roadmap.

Jan. 7, 2013 - True Green Capital Management LLC and CIT Group Inc. today announced the December closing of $35 million of financing and commencement of construction for a 12.3 megawatt solar photovoltaic energy installation at Joint Military Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst in Burlington County, New Jersey. The installation is a portfolio company of True Green Capital Management. In addition to equity contributed by True Green Capital Management, CIT Energy served as Sole Lead Arranger in a $24 million senior secured credit facility provided by CIT Bank, the U.S. commercial bank subsidiary of CIT Group Inc. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

三菱集团收购EDF EN法国55兆瓦光伏项目50%股份

Continuing its drive to expand the renewable business all over the world, Mitsubishi Corporation (MC) is pleased to announce its execution to acquire a 50% stake in Toul–Rosières solar power plant tranche 1 (55MW), from EDF Energies Nouvelles (EDF EN), who owns the remaining 50%. The project has been developed and built by EDF Energies Nouvelles, and operation and maintenance services are managed by one of its subsidiary. This is the first time for MC to acquire a photovoltaic power generating asset in France and to collaborate to own a large scale power plant with EDF EN.
