May 30, 2013 - Westinghouse Solar, Inc. and Environmental Engineering Group Pty Ltd (EEG) today announced a Supply Agreement for the assembly of Westinghouse Solar's proprietary solar modules. EEG is an assembler of polycrystalline modules located in Stapylton, Australia, and a preferred supplier of CBD Energy Limited. As previously announced, Westinghouse Solar is working towards completing a merger with CBD in 2013. -

May 30, 2013 - SunEdison, Inc. today announced that after obtaining overwhelming stockholder approval at its Annual Meeting of Stockholders, held earlier today in San Francisco, California, the process of changing the company's name to SunEdison, Inc., from MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc., has been completed. On June 3, 2013, the company's stock symbol on the New York Stock Exchange will change from "WFR" to "SUNE" to reflect the new corporate name. -
