tenK Energy announced today that it has been selected by the Ashburnham Municipal Light Plant (AMLP) to develop a 3MW solar electric facility in Ashburnham, Massachusetts. The ground mounted facility will consist of approximately 16,000 tenKsolar modules, which, when combined with tenKsolar's reflectors, boost energy production by 30% compared to a conventional solar array. The resulting energy will be enough to power over 600 homes. -

夏普(Sharp)1日发布新闻稿宣布，因开始量产采用氧化铟镓锌(Indium Gallium Zinc Oxide的中小尺寸面板产品、加上和鸿海进行业务合作带动(土界)市10代面板厂产能利用率走升，故上季(2012年7-9月)面板事业营收较去年同期小增0.1%至2,220亿日圆；营益则因中小面板厂(龟山工厂)产能利用率低下而陷入亏损520亿日圆的局面，表现远不如去年同期的盈余117亿日圆。 -

Conergy has completed a 900 kilowatt peak stand-alone project for the Madhya Pradesh Forest Department (MPFD). The MPFD is the forest service agency under the Madhya Pradesh government responsible for the protection and conservation of the forest's natural resources. They oversee 95,000 square kilometres of forest land and supervise 9 national parks and 25 wildlife sanctuaries including the nature preserves of India's prized Bengal tigers. As Madhya Pradesh harbours 19% of India's tiger population and 10% of the world's tiger population, the MPFD has a mandate to protect and ensure the maintenance of viable populations of the Bengal tigers. -
