2012年11月20日Advanced Energy已收购瑞士Solvix SA
Nov. 15, 2012, Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. announced that it has acquired Solvix SA. Solvix brings a plasma-based sputtering and cathodic arc deposition applications to AE's existing product portfolio. With its arc detection and suppression technology, Solvix's product line will enhance AE's offerings in low power and pulsed DC products, allowing it to expand into new applications and serve a broader worldwide customer base. With the addition of Solvix's engineering site in Villaz-Saint-Pierre, AE will also establish a European engineering and development center for its thin-film industrial products business, in keeping with its strategy to move closer to its customers. -
2012年11月20日新日光與台達電攜手 催生台灣最大太陽能電池公司
台達電子工業股份有限公司與新日光能源科技股份有限公司今日共同召開記者會宣布策略合作計畫，新日光將於11 月20 日至12 月14 日間公開收購旺能光電股份有限公司13%至15%之股權，以每0.703 股新日光股票及現金0.5 元交換旺能1 股股票，交易對價相較旺能11 月16 日之收盤價約為5%溢價。台達電集團為電源管理與散熱管理解決方案的世界級領導廠商，近年積極投入節能及新能源產業，並有長期耕耘及投入之策略；台達電目前持有旺能普通股約54%。 -

11月15日，保利协鑫集团旗下的协鑫光伏能源公司宣布，已完成向未披露身份买家，以总价5,050万美元出售两个容量合计为48兆瓦的太阳能光伏项目。 -

伊索菲通(Isofoton)与厄瓜多尔国家电力委员(Conelec)签署协议，将在厄瓜多尔开始建设一个50兆瓦的光伏电站。这是第一个也是唯一获得国家许可证的光伏电站，并受益厄瓜多尔政府实施的上网报价补贴政策。项目总投资金额高达1亿美元。 -

SMA向南非大型光伏电站提供逆变器
One of the first large-scale PV power plants in Africa is scheduled to become operational in spring 2013. SMA Solar Technology AG (SMA) will deliver a total of 84 Sunny Central 800CP inverters for the 75 Megawatt PV project Kalkbult in the north west of South Africa. With 42 Transformer Compact Stations SMA also realizes the medium-voltage solution for the connection to the grid. Additionally 840 Sunny String Monitors for string monitoring in the PV field are going to be delivered from the German Niestetal to South Africa.
