Kingspan Group plc and LONGi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. have jointly announced the formalisation of a strategic partnership. This collaboration aims to integrate advanced solar technology with innovative building materials, paving the way for more sustainable construction and energy solutions.
Kingspan and LONGi have agreed to enter into a strategic partnership to bring together their market leading technologies to develop and promote both Integrated (BIPV) and Applied (BAPV) 3rd party insurance tested solar PV systems which may also lead to joint manufacturing and marketing at some point in the future. Kingspan, being a global market leader in high performance insulation and building envelope solutions and LONGi being a global leading solar technology company. The partnership aims to contribute toward achieving the goal of supporting customers with compatible tested systems which help achieve their Net-Zero Energy targets in the construction sector.
