Singulus Technologies AG has signed a contract to supply several CIGS production systems of the type TENUIS II for wet-chemical coating processes from China and has received the agreed payment on account. The contract volume is in the higher single-digit millions.
Dr.-Ing. Stefan Rinck, CEO of Singulus Technologies AG, declared: "This additional order for CIGS production systems confirms our leading role in the field. Our company offers solutions for all important steps in the manufacture of CIGS solar modules."
